Supporting a Child with ADHD
The Supporting a Child With ADHD programme has been designed for parents, carers and guardians looking after children aged 6 to 12 years of age who have been diagnosed with ADHD.
It is also suitable for carers of children on a waiting list for ADHD assessment or who display some of the symptoms of ADHD.
- Learn about ADHD and how it can impact families. Consider different diagnosis journeys.
- Explore the challenges associated with ADHD, as well as the strengths.
- Understand concentration and various attention difficulties.
- Increase your awareness of perfectionism and anxiety. Foster compassion and understanding.
The Supporting a Child with ADHD programme consists of seven modules. Complete these in your own time and at your own pace over approximately seven weeks.
Each module contains text, images, and interactive and engaging activities.
